What our beautiful puppies have taught me…

Hello my lovelies,

I know I promised to share my favourite quotes under this category but I just had to make an exception today. I am sure seeing the pictures you would understand why.

We adopted these two absolutely beautiful German Shepard puppies back in May and they are now 7 months old. The amount of love and joy they have bought into our lives is incredible.

Being empty nesters, they give us a reason to get up and get out everyday. We have actually spent so much time in the beautiful outdoors this year because of them.

More importantly, spending time with these two has taught me 3 important life lessons. Every day as I observe and play with them they remind me to:

Indulge in the moment

Be playful and joyful

&

Love unconditionally

Now I just have to work on applying this everyday! Why do humans complicate things so much?

Such cute puppies. I used to have a black laborador and she was such a good little friend. She taught me a lot about loyalty. Dogs are wonderful!

Beautiful pups – we used to have a gorgeous Yorkshire Terrier called Alfie who we adored but have sadly lost and we miss him every day. However we do now have a gorgeous schnoodle called Tilly who is 10 months old and I totally agree with you about the absolutely joy that dogs bring into your life xx

  Thank you Steph. That is the sad part, when we loose them. But I bet you have some incredible memories with Alfie. Schnoodle’s are so adorable. Have lots of fun with Tilly. We have spent so much time outdoors this summer thanks to Axel and Harley. What a joy!
